Most community platforms price per door, so the bill grows with every home. The premium ones won't tell you a price until you're on a call. Here's ours.
The price is the price. A 480-home community and a 120-home community pay the same. Dues, event fees and registration payments route directly to the community's or vendor's own account — PLAY takes no percentage of any of it. That is verified in the software, not just promised on this page.

Connect is the resident side and the board report — the survey, matching, link-ups, messaging, announcements, and the fund / keep / cut report. Connect+ adds the operations suite: dues and the owner ledger, violations and architectural review, amenity reservations, and paid registrations. Most communities start on Connect and move up at renewal.
Twelve months, renewing annually. Billed monthly, or annually up front with a 10% discount. Cancel at renewal.
We email you when you're approaching the next tier and again when you've crossed it. Any change takes effect on your next invoice, at least 30 days after that notice — never mid-cycle, never without telling you first. It works in both directions: a community that shrinks pays less.
No. Zero. Payments route directly to the community's or vendor's own account through Stripe. We charge the flat subscription and nothing else.

No. Provisioning is automatic when you check out. You'll have a welcome email with a resident sign-up link and QR code within minutes.
Yes. Nothing has to be disconnected on day one. Start on Connect, bring dues and violations across at renewal on Connect+.
